Right of withdrawal
It is possible to cancel your order at Brixelart within 14 days of receipt of your order without giving any reason.
You then have another 14 days to return the order (at your own expense) in original packaging and sorted bags with bricks.
After receipt of the return shipment, the full purchase amount (including shipping costs) will be refunded to the account with which payment was made.
If you want to make use of your right of withdrawal, send an e-mail to email@example.com and state your order number.
If the product is damaged or the bricks are no longer sorted, costs may be charged. So make sure that the return is properly packed.
Incorrect delivery address provided
Have you entered a wrong delivery address or made a mistake? As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we can still adjust this for you. If you've already received a shipping confirmation, unfortunately it's too late to adjust.
We will then have to wait until the package is returned. In any case, please contact us as soon as possible via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Warranty and complaints
We do our best to ship the order as carefully as possible. If something is wrong (missing bricks, damage, etc.), please contact us within 2 months after receipt of the order via email@example.com. We will then look for a suitable solution.
Unfortunately, we can no longer process requests that are sent after these 2 months. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will provide repair or replacement free of charge.
